Discover Freediving

Held over 4 hours under the guidance of our experience instructors, this introductory session is your chance to get wet, and experience what Freediving is about.

This taster-session is great way to decide whether getting a Freediving certification is right for you.

- Theory (Introduction to the basics of Freediving)
- Dry Breathing exercises
- Freediving Safety Practices
- Introduction to Static, Dynamic and Depth disciplines

Pre-requisite : Swim 25m without any aid.

Participants of our Discover Freediving program are entitled to a $30 discount off any of our Level 1 courses

Certification: None
*Do note that the our Discover Freediving is not a certification program**. We can issue a SSI Try Freediving recognition card upon request.

*Minimum total class size 3 people to commence. You can register alone but we reserve the right to reschedule the course if we do not reach the minimum number to commence. If we do not meet the minimum class, we’ll contact you at least 3 days prior to reschedule or arrange a refund
