Pool Freediving Course
The Freediving pool course is the foundational first half of the level 1 course and is accompanied with a formal certification. It is a great way to gain the confidence and skills that are specific to the pool-aspect of Freediving. You will learn about the physiology of Freediving, safety and breathing techniques.
Prerequiste: Able to swim continuously for 200m
Duration: 1 full day starting at 8.30am
Price: $280 including certification, course materials, rental of mask and fins
*Purchase your personal freediving mask and snorkel set, valued at $105, for an additional $80 together with this course!
Certification: Pool Certification. Should you thereafter wish to register for the additional Open Water depth component (otherwise offered in the Level 1 Course), you will be granted a Level 1 Certification.

*Courses are run regularly, contact us for dates or check out our Calendar Page to see which courses are running. Basic pools are the Pool sections of the Level 1 program, usually on Saturdays.
* A pool certification will also give you the freedom to come along to our Freedive regular pool trainings and continue your practice in your own time.
* Basic Pool is the โfirst'-halfโ of the Level 1 certification
